Today is a special day for me.
I wholeheartedly congratulate all Aykhal residents on the 65th anniversary of our beloved settlement! Special congratulations to the staff of the Aykhal Mining and Processing Plant on their 40th anniversary and to the staff of Factory No. 14 on their 30th anniversary. And, of course, to everyone involved in the diamond miner's holiday!
Aykhal is not just a dot on the map. It is people, it is huge open-pit mines, it is history, labour, and character. It is here that about 25% of all ALROSA company diamonds are mined, and behind each of these diamonds stands the professionalism, responsibility, and daily labour of thousands of people.
But the main wealth of Aykhal is its residents. People live here who are as strong, reliable, and genuine as the diamonds they mine.
Thank you to everyone who built and continues to develop our settlement. I wish Aykhal prosperity, new achievements, stability, and all residents — good health, happiness, family well-being, and confidence in the future.
