In-house manufacturing
We build each all-terrain vehicle from the ground up: cutting metal, welding the structural frame, assembling the body and installing components. At every stage, we check the vehicle's structure and its readiness for demanding operation.
We agree the interior and cargo layout, heating, communications and special equipment with the customer. The assembled vehicle undergoes a full systems check before driving tests.

Model range
One engineering platform, different vehicles for demanding work. Passenger, cargo and special-purpose versions for the Arctic and the Far North.
ZVEZDA vehicles at work
Snow, marshes, a six-tonne load and hundreds of kilometres along northern routes: this is how we test ZVEZDA vehicles.
T24 carried people and cargo in Yamal, Taymyr and Yakutia. HX4-41 crossed a waterlogged test site carrying up to six tonnes. We build vehicles for demanding work and demonstrate their capabilities where the roads end.
