The International Conference "Plaksin Readings" continues its work in Khabarovsk. The third day of the forum was not only a time for discussions for the ZVEZDA Plant team, but also an occasion to acknowledge the contribution of Russian scientists.
On behalf of the management and staff of ZVEZDA Plant, a commemorative painting was presented to Igor Yuryevich Rasskazov – academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Director of the Mining Institute of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences and Head of the Khabarovsk Federal Research Centre of the Far Eastern Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences. His scientific contribution to geomechanics and the safety of field development in eastern Russia has been highly recognised.
ZVEZDA Plant values interaction with such experts. The Plant's equipment, including amphibious all-terrain vehicles, on the basis of which mobile drilling and research complexes are created, operates in complex geological and climatic conditions studied by Igor Yuryevich and his colleagues.
ZVEZDA Plant believes that the cooperation between academic science and domestic production contributes to the development of technologies that ensure Russia's leadership in the mining industry.
