In Khabarovsk, at the Plaksinsky Anniversary Readings, a demonstration of the ZVEZDA all-terrain vehicle's operation in geological exploration conditions took place.
Our factory presented a project in which the URB-2A mobile drilling rig is used on the ZVEZDA amphibious all-terrain vehicle chassis. According to experts, this technological solution has a number of advantages. The cross-country capability of the all-terrain vehicles allows them to be effectively used on various roads and terrains, unlike tracked vehicles. ZVEZDA all-terrain vehicles also provide the necessary level of stability and high travel speed.
Work on the project will continue. In winter, a demonstration of the drilling rig's cross-country capability on our all-terrain vehicle chassis in snowy conditions is planned.
