On 15 June 2026, the IV International Scientific and Practical Conference “Arctic Transport Accessibility: Networks and Systems” was held in St. Petersburg.
Nadezhda Filippova, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor at MADI, spoke at the plenary session with a report on innovations in all-terrain transport. Alexander Blokhin, General Director of ZVEZDA LLC, presented a report via video link titled “ZVEZDA All-Terrain Vehicles for the Arctic and Far North Regions”.
The presentations discussed the role of amphibious vehicles in transportation across territories without a stable road network and in solving the last mile problem.
